Acceptable Use Policy

1.Sexual and adult content

You may not generate, upload or request nudity, sexually explicit or pornographic material, or content that sexualises any person. Sky Studio is not an adult content service.

2.Minors

Any sexual, exploitative or abusive content involving a person under 18 is strictly prohibited. This covers real and synthetic people, fictional and "aged-up" characters, and suggestive as well as explicit material. We report such content and the associated account to the relevant authorities.

3.Real people: deepfakes, face swaps and impersonation

You may not use the face, likeness, voice or identity of a real person without that person's explicit consent. In particular, you may not:

• create synthetic media that shows a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do;
• swap, transplant or recreate a real person's face onto another body, scene or video;
• depict any public figure, celebrity or private individual in a sexual, violent, defamatory or misleading context;
• impersonate a person, brand or organisation, or present generated media as an authentic recording.

When you upload a photo, video or audio of a person, you confirm that you are that person or that you hold their written consent to use their likeness in this way. We ask you to confirm this before your first upload.

4.Violence, harm and hate

You may not create content that depicts graphic violence or gore; promotes terrorism, self-harm or cruelty; harasses, threatens or intimidates a person; or dehumanises or attacks people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability or any similar characteristic.

5.Deception and illegality

You may not use Sky Studio for fraud or scams; to produce fake identity documents, official records or counterfeit goods; to create media intended to deceive people about real events, elections or public health; or to promote illegal goods, weapons or drugs.

6.Intellectual property

Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights. Only upload material you own or are licensed to use.

7.Circumvention and abuse

Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, for example by rewording, encoding or fragmenting a prohibited request; do not automate prohibited generation; and do not share accounts or use the service to test the limits of these rules.

8.How we enforce this policy

Prompts and reference media are screened by automated safety systems before generation, and blocked requests are kept on record against the account. We review reports and flagged activity. A violation can result in removal of content, loss of features, or immediate suspension of the account without refund of remaining credits. We report illegal content to law enforcement.

9.Reporting a violation

If you believe content on Sky Studio breaks this policy, or that your likeness has been used without consent, email support@skystudioai.com with a link or description of the content. We respond to every report.

Shared projects and Market listings can also be reported from the page itself by any logged-in user, choosing a reason from a fixed list. The reporter is never revealed. A report does not remove content by itself: we aim to review every report within 24 hours, remove anything that breaks this policy, and suspend the account where warranted.
