Terms of Service

1.Who we are

Sky Studio is operated by SkyStudio Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore ("Sky Studio", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@skystudioai.com.

2.Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sky Studio. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. If you create or join a team, the team owner is responsible for how team members use the service.

3.The service

Sky Studio provides AI-assisted image, video, music and text generation and related editing tools. Generation is performed by third-party AI models. Output is produced by automated systems: it may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output produced for other users. We may add, change, suspend or remove models and features at any time.

4.Credits

The service is paid for with prepaid credits. The credit cost of each job is shown in the app before you submit it and may change over time. Credits are deducted when a job is submitted. If a job fails on our side, or a provider blocks it before any output is produced, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn. Credits purchased for a team belong to that team.

When you pay credits to view or clone a project that another user has shared, the credits are split between that user and Sky Studio at the rate shown before you confirm. Credits you receive from other users this way can only be spent inside the service; they cannot be withdrawn, and we may reverse them if the payment behind them is disputed or reversed. Payments for shared projects are final once the view or clone has been delivered.

5.Payments and refunds

Credit purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Dodo Payments handles the charge, invoicing, applicable taxes and payment disputes, and its terms apply to the payment itself.

Credits are delivered to your account immediately after purchase. Because delivery is immediate, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credits, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The only automatic refund is the return of credits for failed jobs described in the Credits section. By purchasing credits you agree that delivery begins immediately and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal.

6.Your content

You keep ownership of the material you upload ("Input"). As between you and us, you own the output generated for you ("Output"), subject to any rights of the model providers and of third parties. You grant us a licence to store, process, transmit and display your Input and Output solely to operate the service for you, including sending it to the AI model providers that generate your results.

You are solely responsible for your Input and Output. This includes holding every right, licence and consent needed for any person's likeness, voice or identity, any brand, and any copyrighted work that appears in them. We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models.

If you share a project by link or list it on the Market, you allow everyone who can open it to view it, and if you enable cloning you grant each user who clones it a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to copy the project and its assets into their own account and to use and modify that copy. Shared content is visible to other users and, on the Market, to the public, so share only what you hold every right to share, including any person's likeness or voice. A cloned project cannot be sold, cloned again or listed on the Market by the person who cloned it.

7.Acceptable use

Your use of Sky Studio is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Among other things it prohibits sexual or pornographic content, any sexual or harmful content involving minors, deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation of real people, and use of anyone's likeness without their consent.

8.Enforcement

We may review content and account activity to enforce these Terms. If we determine that you have violated the Acceptable Use Policy, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice. Any credits remaining on a suspended or terminated account are forfeited and will not be refunded. We may report illegal content, together with related account information, to law enforcement or other competent authorities.

9.Closing your account

You may stop using Sky Studio at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@skystudioai.com. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed.

10.Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Output will be accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party claims.

11.Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. You will indemnify Sky Studio against claims arising from your Input, your Output or your breach of these Terms.

12.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at skystudioai.com/terms. We will announce material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the service.
