Privacy Policy

1.Who we are

Sky Studio is operated by SkyStudio Pte. Ltd., Singapore. For any privacy question or request, email support@skystudioai.com.

2.What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, a securely hashed password or sign-in provider identifier, and the settings you choose in the app.
• Content you provide. Prompts, uploaded images, video and audio, saved characters and projects, and the output generated for you.
• Billing data. Card details are entered on Dodo Payments' checkout and never reach our servers. We store a Dodo Payments customer reference, your purchase history, your credit balance and ledger, and a billing address if you provide one.
• Usage and technical data. Job status, credit usage, error logs, and standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.
• Connected social accounts. If you connect an X (Twitter) account for publishing, we store the account identifier, the access tokens needed to publish on your behalf, and records of what was published.

3.How we use it

We use this data to run the service (including sending your prompts and reference media to AI model providers to generate your results), to bill you, to provide support, to keep the service safe and prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your prompts, uploads or generated output to train AI models, and we do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

4.Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and only to the extent needed for the purpose below.

Model providers process your content under their own API terms, and some of them are located outside Singapore, including in the United States and China. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Sky Studio and its users.

5.Team workspaces

Content created in a team workspace is visible to the members of that team, and the team owner manages membership. Do not put content in a team workspace if you do not want the other members to see it.

6.Retention and deletion

Your content stays in your workspace until you delete it. When you delete an item, the media file is removed from storage immediately. The job record (prompt, credits used and timestamps) is kept without the media for billing and audit purposes. Temporary reference uploads used as generation inputs are deleted automatically after 60 days.

To delete your account, email support@skystudioai.com. We then delete your account data, except for records we are required to keep, such as billing and transaction history.

7.Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and payment details are handled entirely by Dodo Payments. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@skystudioai.com. We handle requests under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies to you, other data protection law such as the GDPR.

9.Cookies and local storage

The app uses browser storage only for what is strictly necessary: keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences. Our public pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. We do not use advertising cookies.

10.Children

Sky Studio is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we delete it.

11.Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The current version is always published at skystudioai.com/privacy, and we will announce material changes in the app or by email. Contact: support@skystudioai.com.
