Sky Studio is a web AI creative studio for images, videos, music, and editing workflows. It combines generation tools, smart background removal, an editing canvas, e-commerce utilities, downloads, folders, and workspace history in a single app.
Sky Studio uses prepaid credits instead of a subscription. Users buy credit tiers, then generation and editing actions spend credits based on model, mode, resolution, duration, audio, references, and selected personal or team credit pool.

Image generation creates still assets from prompts and optional references. Video generation creates motion outputs through Veo 3.1 or Seedance, with video-specific controls such as duration, resolution, and audio support where the selected model allows it.
Smart background removal runs in the browser for the highlighted landing-page workflow. That keeps the cutout operation private and instant because the image does not need to be uploaded for that browser-side removal step.
Sky Studio lets users get started without a subscription. The public copy does not define a guaranteed free-credit allowance, so credit-consuming generation and editing actions should be expected to require credits.
Checkout is handled through Dodo Payments in the current app. Saved payment methods and one-click payment are supported when a Dodo customer record and saved card are available; exact payment methods can vary by checkout configuration and region.
A user can belong to one team, with an owner, members, invitations, shared team credits, and team-linked generation history. Team owners manage members, invitations, team avatars, and team credit purchases.
Failed or cancelled paid jobs are designed to refund credits through the app billing helpers when the backend marks them as refundable. If a credit ledger entry looks wrong after a failed generation, contact support with the generation details.
Image generation options include 512px, 1K, 2K, and 4K depending on the selected model. Video options include Veo 1080p or 4K, and Seedance 480p, 720p, or 1080p with supported durations from 4 to 12 seconds.
Sky Studio uses Supabase for auth and app data, and Cloudflare R2 for durable generated assets and uploads. Workspace results are stored so users can revisit and download them; some temporary originals use short-retention storage, while browser-side background removal does not upload the image for that removal step.
